1. Service status and acceptance
These terms are a draft for the current development preview. Production services are not open. Local cards, payment tokens, custody records and shipping routes may be synthetic test fixtures; they do not establish ownership of real cards or a right to physical delivery. Use test funds and test personal information.
By using the service, you agree to the terms presented for that deployment and the transaction details you approve. The operating entity, registered address, governing law and dispute process must be completed before production launch. AURA CARD is independent of Collector Crypt.
2. Accounts and wallets
You must have legal capacity to use the service and comply with applicable laws. Do not impersonate another person, evade restrictions or use the platform for fraud, money laundering or market manipulation.
Sign-in may use Privy and supported external or embedded wallets. Available login methods depend on the application configuration. You are responsible for reviewing wallet prompts, protecting access credentials and keeping recovery options current. A login signature establishes a session; transaction signatures authorize separate blockchain actions.
3. Card deposits and custody
A deposit submission includes certification details and card images. Submitting a form does not confirm receipt, authenticity, custody acceptance or minting. The card must pass the configured receipt, inspection and approval process before an NFT can be minted.
You must have authority to deposit the card and provide accurate information. Grading labels and certification records describe the submitted card; they are not a guarantee of future value. Production vault arrangements, transit responsibility and loss or damage procedures remain to be published before real deposits are accepted.
4. Marketplace transactions
Listings and offers specify a card, payment token, price and expiration. A signed order may be filled while it remains valid and the required ownership, balance and approvals are present. Review the network, token, allowance and total price before authorizing an action.
On a completed sale, the listed price is split between the seller, the platform fee recipient and any applicable collection royalty recipient. The platform fee and royalty reduce seller proceeds. Gas is separate. Signing an order alone does not guarantee execution; cancellation may require an on-chain transaction. Confirmed blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed by the website.
5. Packs and random outcomes
A pack purchase uses the selected machine version’s price, inventory and probability tiers. Review these details before buying. Outcomes use the configured verifiable randomness process and may take time to fulfill; a transaction receipt is not a completed reveal. Card values are estimates and are not guaranteed sale prices.
An unwanted result does not entitle you to a reroll or refund. The current contract permits an authorized operator to void an eligible unfulfilled request after the seven-day delay and refund its purchase payment. This is a restricted recovery mechanism, not an automatic refund or a user-controlled cancellation. A request that has already fulfilled cannot use this mechanism.
6. Buyback offers
A buyback is available only when an eligible, funded quote is issued for your wallet and card. Its amount, currency and deadline govern the offer. Quotes can expire; availability and future prices are not guaranteed.
Review the quoted payment and NFT transfer before accepting. No general buyback percentage, investment return or continuous liquidity is promised. Network fees remain separate from the quoted payment.
7. Physical redemption
Redemption requires ownership of an eligible NFT, an enabled delivery route and a valid quote. The confirmation displays shipping, insurance and handling charges. You must supply a deliverable address and comply with destination restrictions and any applicable import requirements.
Successful on-chain redemption burns the NFT and charges the quoted delivery payment. The burned NFT can no longer be traded or used for a buyback. Shipment is a subsequent fulfillment step, not something the burn itself completes. Do not burn a token unless you intend to redeem it. Production delivery times, customs responsibility, coverage and claims procedures must be published before real shipping opens.
8. Risks and availability
Blockchain activity involves contract, wallet, network and token risks. Prices may change, transactions may fail, and gas may be charged for failed transactions. Interfaces and indexers may lag behind the blockchain; verify final transaction status before repeating an action.
Maintenance, provider outages, paused contracts or security incidents can interrupt access. Test assets have no promised monetary value. These draft terms do not establish a production warranty, liability cap or waiver of rights that applicable law does not permit.
9. Changes and questions
Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Material production terms and the process for handling disputes must be supplied before launch. Questions should be sent to the support contact listed below once it is configured.
